A middle-aged husband and father were driving a company-owned vehicle on 1-95 when a pickup truck veered into his traffic lane, causing him to lose control and forcing his car into a drainage ditch. The pick-up truck alleged that it was another driver, driving a dump truck, who was the real cause of the crash. We sued both drivers and their respective employers.
