Defective Drugs:
  • ACTOS is a popular prescription medication prescribed to diabetics in order to control blood sugar levels. It is manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals for treatment of Type II Diabetes, and has been on the market since 1999. We believe that Takeda's failure to adequately warn consumers of the increased risk of bladder cancer, and failure to warn about other potential medical problems, makes them liable for your injuries and damages.

If you have suffered bladder cancer, a heart attack, or a loved one has died as a result of taking Actos, we can help you. Click here

  • GRANUFLO is a product manufactured by Fresenius Medical Care. It is administered during dialysis and is designed to reduce the build-up of acid in the blood which often affects patients with kidney failure. Granuflo contains an ingredient which the body turns into bicarbonate (a buffer in the blood that prevents blood from becoming too acidic); however, Granuflo differs from its competitors in that they use greater concentrations of bicarbonate, which can lead to serious health issues especially if dosage is not properly calculated. Overdoses can cause sudden death and/or heart attacks are the most serious side effects of Granuflo.

If you have suffered a heart attack, stroke, or cardiac arrest following dialysis, or if a loved one has died as a result of taking Granuflo, we can help you. Click here
