$700,000. Recovered in Dade County Crash Against Pharmaceutical Rep and Employer

A 67 year-old active business woman was involved in a car crash in Dade County Miami Lakes with a pharmacy rep who was working for her employer at the time of the crash. The sales representative was charged with the crash which caused neck injuries to our client, leading ultimately to neck surgery which left her with cardiac complications. A lawsuit was brought against the pharmaceutical company employer and driver. The case was settled before trial for $700,000.00
