A 26-year-old Colombian soccer player was involved in a car crash on I 95 west of US 1 when the vehicle he was driving was struck from behind and pushed into the car in front of it. He sustained injuries to his neck and back, together with post-traumatic stress so severe he was unable to drive following the crash. Also, his wife witnessed the crash from her balcony and went to the scene to see her husband bloody and injured. Prior to this crash, the player had a promising soccer career. The case was settled before the suit was filed.
